Principal Room is an online introductions platform that enables real estate developers, private lenders, family offices and other real estate professionals to connect and communicate.

Principal Room is not:

• a financial adviser
• a broker
• a lender
• a crowdfunding platform
• an FCA regulated investment platform (unless expressly stated otherwise)

Principal Room simply facilitates introductions between members.

To use Principal Room you must:

• be at least 18 years old
• provide accurate information
• register using your own identity
• maintain accurate profile information
• comply with these Terms at all times

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership at our discretion.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the security of your login credentials
• all activity on your account
• keeping your information up to date

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Members are responsible for ensuring that all information they publish is accurate, lawful and not misleading.

You remain solely responsible for the content you upload.

Principal Room may edit, remove or suspend content that breaches these Terms.

Principal Room facilitates introductions between members.

We do not guarantee:

• responses
• successful introductions
• funding
• investments
• partnerships
• business opportunities

Any agreement entered into between members is entirely their own responsibility.

Principal Room does not assess, recommend or endorse:

• investment opportunities
• developers
• private lenders
• lenders
• projects
• financial returns

Nothing on the platform constitutes:

• financial advice
• investment advice
• legal advice
• tax advice
• regulated financial promotion

Members must obtain independent professional advice before making any investment decision.

All members are responsible for carrying out their own due diligence before entering into any commercial relationship.

Principal Room does not verify:

• financial information
• investment performance
• project viability
• creditworthiness
• legal ownership
• planning status
• regulatory compliance

Unless explicitly stated, no profile should be interpreted as having been independently verified by Principal Room.

Principal Room uses artificial intelligence to improve search, matching and introductions.

AI-generated recommendations are provided for convenience only.

They should never be relied upon as professional advice or investment recommendations.

Members may communicate through the platform.

You must not use messaging for:

• spam
• harassment
• unlawful activity
• offensive material
• fraudulent activity

Principal Room reserves the right to monitor, investigate or remove content where reasonably necessary.

You agree not to:

• impersonate another person
• provide false information
• misuse the platform
• attempt unauthorised access
• interfere with the platform
• upload malicious software
• scrape or harvest data
• copy member information without permission
• infringe intellectual property rights

Founding Membership is currently complimentary.

Future paid memberships may be introduced.

Where subscriptions apply:

• pricing will be displayed before purchase
• payments will be processed securely through Stripe
• additional subscription terms may apply

All Principal Room branding, logos, software, content, graphics and design remain the property of Principal Room Ltd unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• breach these Terms
• misuse the platform
• engage in unlawful activity
• pose a security risk

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Principal Room shall not be liable for:

• business losses
• investment losses
• indirect losses
• consequential losses
• lost profits
• lost opportunities
• decisions made by members

Members use the platform entirely at their own risk.

You agree to indemnify Principal Room against any claims, losses or liabilities arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

Your use of Principal Room is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We may update, modify or discontinue any feature of Principal Room at any time.

We will use reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes.

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on this page.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
